Shipping Policies
Chick Chocolates ships exclusively with FedEx. We offer Overnight, 2nd Day Air, Express Saver, and Ground service. As the weather requires, we may pack our chocolate in a cooler with ice packs. If the situation warrants it, we may not ship a package on Thursday or Friday to avoid our chocolate melting over the weekend. During this period, we do not ship Ground outside of the Pacific Northwest and recommend using 2nd Day Air service to warmer states. This is to make sure your chocolate stays fresh in transit.
Apologies, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to international addresses.
FedEx does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as “time in transit." Please allow for extra time in shipping over the weekend or on a holiday when choosing your shipping method.
